While killing Evil Farmhands at Maidge's Farm you will find many Suspicious-looking Letters (Ggl). Examine one of them to start this quest.

Take the letter to Winsil at Peerston Farm.

NOTE: The extra letters you will certainly have do not vanish when you complete this quest. They serve no purpose and cannot be sold, so just delete them from your inventory.

We have no clue why this quest exists, except maybe to point you to Peerston Farm in case you went up the wrong side of the zone first.
