MMO devs frequently change the exact stats on an item, over the life of a game, to improve game balance. For this reason, we no longer support inclusion of exact item stats in our wiki.
On March 19, 2010 any character that logged in received a Mysterious Lucky Frog Egg that, when opened, gives you this sigil. Summoning your frog pet increases your rolls on all loot tables. Once summoned, he will stay with you for 2 hours or until you die.
