Using the same Ali's Special Medicine Bottle (Ggl) as before, set 15 gnoll's afire, then kill the Flaming Gnolls and bring the Burnt Skin x15 (Ggl) back to Ali Fireball.

I think I do not, ever, want Ali Fireball mad at me...

Flaming Gnolls are immune to some damage types (probably fire). Just throw all you have at him and something will stick.
