I pulled him out from under the guard tower at the front of the village. Pulled him to the hill east of the main entryway and he came by himself. 4 box of low 70's killed him no problem.

He's always hanging out with another trash warrior and the 2 are inseparable buds. Neither mob can be snared, rooted, lulled or mezzed. They path back from any pull attempt almost in lockstep so I have yet to be able to split them that way and I tried several times. All the tricks a druid can use were employed in trying to split these kissin' cousinS, to no avail.
Soooo.... you have to fight them together. They both hit fast and enrage. Individual hit values are sometimes surprisingly low (300s-900s) but they can hit into the 2000s (on a 3100ac warrior using Final Stand) and they do hit very FAST. Fortunately, they're slowable.
They don't seem to have a TON of HPs so if you can get the incoming melee damage from 2 mob warriors under control they will drop fast if you have sufficient dps.
Got the shield for my cleric so I'm happy. :)
Update: can also spawn as a wanderer. Or else he wanders from the above mentioned spawn spot.
It's not linked to another mob, I got it single. The whole camp cant be mezzed, snared, or rooted, so if another adds with named, you'll have to fight both at the same time.
Lian Swiftstalker. Wandering mob in the SW undead village. Max hit was 1681 on 79 Pally with 3265 AC. Average hit was in the 1400-1500 range. Doubles fairly often, slowable, but NOT mezable or lullable.
