Retrieve Kaboo's Book of Ceremonies (Ggl) ( 69.0, 32.3 ) from Tempest Height.

This can totally be solo'd if you are ready to be a little sneaky. When you enter the main gate you will need to get to a ramp trail going up. At the top of this step through this gate and guide to the right. The Book is under a wagon behind a building.
