I was in Moonshade Highlands and there were Fae Yule Trees around... and at 6419 913 1836 (across the road from Stonemason's Watch), I found a house surrounded by holiday decorations. The hearth is inside, click on it to drop the coal and get your gifts.

I'm assuming the house appears as part of the Trees event.
