• Lieutenant
• Lieutenant Commander
• Commander
• Captain
• General (Klingon)/Admiral (Starfleet)

There are 10 levels in every rank. You gain levels by getting skill points from completing missions or defeating enemies. In order to gain your next rank you will have to use all your skill points, so trying to stockpile for the next rank isn't really possible. Also every level ending in 3, 5 and 8 you will gain a new ability (as soon as your points required for that level).

When you reach a new rank you will be given the following:

• A new ship of your choice of the new tier for 1 energy credit
• A new title
• 6 Inventory Slots
• 12 Bank Slots
• 2 Additional Bridge Officer Positions (Except for Captain)
• The ability to train skills in your new rank

Bridge Officers Leveling:

When you kill enemies and complete quests you also can also get bridge officer skill points. You use these for skills for your officers; you must spend so many on each officer to level them. In addition you need Starfleet Merits or Honor and can only promote them to one rank below you.
