| At level 70 Phinny's guards con green and light blue. He wanders around the pit of the 'star' room. As an SK I never got below 80%, hardly bothering to cast lifetaps. My gear pretty plainly Sucks, and I was completely unbuffed, as he dispells like a hundred times per fight. He doesn't cast it --- | ||||

| If you're swimming, the point to aim for is (56, 60). There;s a little pass there that will lead you into the Beezil's Wreck site and bypass the whole running-around-the-swamp dealio.
