Besides EverQuest, what other MMORPGs have you played?
EQ is the only MMORPG I have played. I do not have time to invest in a new world, and if it ever were to die, I would not likely try anywhere else.

How did you find out about EverQuest, and when did you begin playing?
I was unemployed for a couple of months in 2002 and wanted to try on online RPG. Ultima Online did not match my computer's specs so I bought and tried EQ. I think I made a good choice.

Do you know anyone in real life who plays EverQuest?
Not a one, except my son who only dabbles. I met someone who plays FFXI but he was a complete dork.

How did you come up with your main character's name?
I was actually experimenting with various races and classes and did not put too much thought into it, but loved playing the class so much I got rid of my other experiments and kept this one.

What factors affected your choice of race / class for your main character?
Danger, a rogue gets into to dangerous spots that could kill him and often does. It can be an adrenaline rush.

About how often do you play EverQuest, and how long is a typical playing session for you?
Usually only 2-3 times a week for an hour or so, and occasionally once a week for 3-4 hours.

How do you spend your time in game?
Trading in bazaar, questing, exploring, helping friends or causing trouble.

What other class/race combinations have you levelled past 35?
Halfling Rogue to 75 and Iksar Necro to 55.

Approximately how much of the EverQuest world have you experienced?
85%

What is your favourite expansion?
TSS - I felt it really invigorated things in EQ.

What is your least favourite expansion?
GoD - not much for a non raider to do, but am happy it kept the raiders busy and contributing to the EQ world and economy for so long.

What is your favourite zone?
Kithicor Forest - love the undead that come out at night and the way a peaceful forest by day becomes a dangerous zone at night.

What is your favourite NPC?
Mayor Gubbin, he's a sly one.

What is your favourite raid encounter (if different from NPC)?
Nagafen - was fun and risky at the time.

If the war between Firiona Vie and Lanys T`Vyl erupted again, which side would you take?
In true rogue nature, I took no side. I killed on both sides when it profited me, and it profited me very much.

Describe your most memorable moment or proudest accomplishment in game.
Successfully pulling 3 armies into 2 others in the war events, setting off a massive chain of events that littered the ground with the dead and got me a nifty 46% haste belt - pretty damn good for a 65 rogue at the time.

What is the largest amount of platinum you have ever had at one time, and how did you go about accumulating it?
5 million, made it cornering the rarer OOW tier 2 armor tradables market in bazaar when TSS raised levels to 75 enabling medium sized guilds to raid anguish.

What are some things you would change or implement in order to improve EverQuest?
Increase group size to 7 to increase demand for DPS classes in grp; enable private areas in cities that could be rented by guilds players and allow access by invitation.

What types of spells, skills, disciplines, and/or alternate abilities would you like to see added to your class?
More DPS.

If you had to start over from scratch, what race/class combination would you choose?
No difference. How come? I enjoyed it.

How do you describe EverQuest to your coworkers or computer-illiterate friends?
I don't. It's something I do -- not who I am, and thus it's none of their business.

What is next for you in the world of EverQuest?
Working on my Epic 1.5 battles.
