Besides EverQuest, what other MMORPGs have you played?
Besides EverQuest, I played Star wars Galaxies and was hooked on that for a while. And Eve, then ended up cancelling my SWG account to get a second EQ account.

How did you find out about EverQuest, and when did you begin playing?
I found out about EverQuest through a friend of mine who goes to my school... I have been playing since early 2001, and have been addicted ever since (thanks a bunch rugid).

Do you know anyone in real life who plays EverQuest?
Two good friends of mine: One who is a bit better than I (the one who got me into EQ) and one who is.. well.. a noob.

How did you come up with your main character's name?
Random name generator FTW!

What factors affected your choice of race / class for your main character?
well, although I have been playing EverQuest for quite some time now, Bethgin my main is actually relatively new.. and I figured I found the style of a monk exciting, and I never really liked Iksars... so I went with a human.

About how often do you play EverQuest, and how long is a typical playing session for you?
I don't have all that much time to play during the week, but I usually raid twice a day on Saturday and try to get in as much time as possible, probably adding up to about 6 hours in a weekend.

How do you spend your time in game?
AFK'ing, LFG'ing, raiding or my favorite thing is trying to kill old world baddies like Trakanon solo.

What other class/race combinations have you levelled past 35?
Human Paladin (level 51, Bothgar) Barbarian Shaman (level 38, Wlaan)... Wlaan was actually my first ever serious toon, but I abandoned him a long while ago.

Approximately how much of the EverQuest world have you experienced?
I would safely say about 65%, still have much more to go.

What is your favourite expansion?
It's a tough call between Kunark, Velious and Planes of Power.. PoP had the best raid content (and it still does, in my opinion). I like the Velious style but the zones and lore in Kunark probably makes Kunark take the cake.

What is your least favourite expansion?
Most definitely LoY.. I did not see any real purpose in even having that expansion.

What is your favourite zone?
The Emerald Jungle.. I have some awesome memories from that place.

What is your favourite NPC?
Nillipus in Rivervale, he is one sick dude.

What is your favourite raid encounter (if different from NPC)?
Quarm, not necessarily because its a cool fight but because of the sense of accomplishment from making it through a full time raid and essentially "beating" PoP.

If the war between Firiona Vie and Lanys T`Vyl erupted again, which side would you take?
Fioriona Vie.

Describe your most memorable moment or proudest accomplishment in game.
when I finished my epic 1.0 (without MQ'ing any of it, thank you very much) and I felt like I was on top of the world.

What is the largest amount of platinum you have ever had at one time, and how did you go about accumulating it?
950k, because I ended up winning the golden ticket in the casino, and I put it on my bazaar trader for 900k in order for it NOT to be sold (so I could figure out a good price for it) when I came back, it was gone.

What are some things you would change or implement in order to improve EverQuest?
Monks need to be able to use clawstrikers in a duel, haha.

What types of spells, skills, disciplines, and/or alternate abilities would you like to see added to your class?
An AA that allows monks to teleport to anywhere /drool...

If you were responsible for organizing and running a GM event, what would it be and how would it play out?
I would definitely have random raid encounters assault the plane of knowledge, except it would be like.... an instanced PoK (to save the AFK'ers).

If you had to start over from scratch, what race/class combination would you choose?
A Barbarian Berserker, simply because Berserkers are crazy and Barbarians are crazy also.

How do you describe EverQuest to your coworkers or computer-illiterate friends?
I don't and save the headache.

What is next for you in the world of EverQuest?
Getting my 2.5 aug, (hopefully).

Muramites of Discord vs the Drachnids of Darkhollow - I hate both of them, but I would have to say Muramites.
Tradeskilling vs Questing - Questing.. especially old world-obsolete quests.
Instance Zones vs Static Zones - Static zones, never been a big fan of instances.
Monster Missions vs Project M (PvP as Monsters) - Never did Project M, but PVP in a shroud sounds pretty cool..
Soloing vs Pick-Up Groups - Pick-up groups
Guild Raiding vs Grouping With Friends - Raids, they are way more fun.
GM (real people) Events vs Scripted (computerized) Events - GM events, scripted events are boring usually.
Arena Royal Rumble vs 1-on-1 Duel - 1 on 1 duels, because it actually proves who is a better fighter.
Faydwer vs Odus - Faydwer. Odus is a tiny little rock in the ocean.
Kunark vs Velious - As a continent, Velious.. but as an expansion, Kunark
Planes of Power vs Gates of Discord - Planes of Power, definitely
Depths of Darkhollow vs Omens of War - Omens of War, since I havent really done much with DoDh yet.
Bard vs Enchanter - Bards, because they can melee too.
Monk vs Rogue - Monks, duh.. better DPS and they can pull.
Paladin vs Warrior - Paladin, always found them intriquing (and fun to play, too).
Allakhazam vs Illia - Sorry Illia.. but im gonna have to go with Allakhazam on this one.
