I don't care either about my rating, but I do not want my name in the heading of a thread like this, or tell people who I may have rated down or up, or my email address exposed, etc.
Oh, I just noticed... I CAN'T rate anyone anymore. No ratings box for me at all.
Question: If I use other features of Premium Membership provided by this site, will they too be taken from me?
If you're so big on Honor, justice and Truth, why do you hide behind a sockpuppet? Just curious. Don't be afraid. Its not as if I can rate your posts anymore anyway.

You chose to rate in stealth, confident that no one would ever be the wiser. Why should I choose to reveal myself to you if you don't even have the guts to own up to your actions? You chose guile, yet failed to perceive there are those more schooled than you by far. Funny, how you don't even tell poor trusting Kaolin there what you did to him, or Moe and the others. A sock puppet you name me? False I say, for I make no pretense as to my origins or my actions. I exist to preserve order. Nothing more.
Had you stuck to just messing with my Karma, this would not have happened. You would have silently been eliminated as a threat. But no. You chose the path of destruction. You harmed the public, and the public has a right to know.
The rest of you have no cause to fear. This was an extreme and uncalled for case of rating abuse on the part of Deathwysh and TheSentientOne. Vengeance was the only way to truth. The Order will only intervene when there is great need. Perhaps in time you will regain the trust that you sundered.

I chose to use a feature of these boards as it was provided. There was no "stealth" involved. And I've pretty much owned up to it.

I never rated Kaolian. As best I recall, the three people I rated were Moe, Totem and Gbaji. Anyone else that got rated, wasn't from me. And I'd point out again, that I did not rate hundreds or even dozens of posts across the forum, but relatively few across two or three threads.

You make no pretense? You are nothing but pretense! Believe me dude, I know who you are, and anyone else with a brain does as well. You exist only to protect your own fragile ego. Actually I think the rest of them do have something to fear. Lest an unaccountable masked figue decide he dislikes what they have to say and decides to exact the same kind of unwarranted "vengeance" on them. Be careful what you say folks.

Here's something you might want to consider. The first post I rated down was the one in which Moebius was complaining that people were rating his posts.
Think about that a second.
Since you're obviously pretty dim, I'll explain the implications of that for you.
It means that someone, someone other than me, was ALREADY rating Moe's posts. Omigosh! Could it be you don't have all the information you think you do?
While my ability to rate posts has been removed, my ability post has not, and even your particularly petty brand of facism can't remove that.
Oh, if any of you computer guru's, administrators etc, have the ability to list and post the number of posts I've rated, the names of the threads I've rated in, or the people I've rated, please do so. I'm curious about it.
Seems like everyone's ability to rate has been taken away...
I think that what we have to fear is soap-opera caliber writing.

I want to vomit every time I read his posts. I guess the idea sounds ok, rating people back up that were targeted and chain rated, but that whole defending truth, and we shall prevail crap is the lamest thing I have ever seen here, even more so than the grown-ups involved in that "Lightning Bolt" skit.
I don't get why it's such a big deal, if you like what i post rate my up if you don't like what i say rate me down.

Exactly. Or unpopular ones as the case may be.
But some people can't handle that, so they create sock puppets to attack others, while their 'real' selves remain immune from any reaction.
And I thought the anonymity already provided by the internet was sufficent to allow a certain degree of honesty. Strange how some people have to create multiple alter-egos just to boost the rating of their 'main' self.

What boggles my mind (not difficult to do, heh) is people with under 100 posts somehow get Guru status. Not that post count should matter, but I have yet to read anything so insightfully brilliant from any newcomer. Ah well, it just points out the irrelevant silliness of the karma system.
