yes. this is a brand new antec 1200 from newegg that i recieved a week ago. I dont think its a video card issue at all because when i swapped out the 460 for a lower end video card that did not require additional power, it did the same thing.

Might also be worth running speedfan and checking the HDD for smart errors, though I doubt thats the issue.
Will run these tests, update mobo drivers, and post additional info tonight.
