Have had trouble with EQ for past year. This finally fixed it. My alienware is m15x for worked for 18 as you can see by details in the post below

Yeah, thos Ricoh memory card readers can behave oddly from time to time on certain machines. Same thing with their biometric chips too for what its worth.
