Increasing level 100 necromancer mana regeneration. Follow

I hit level 100 on my necromancer which is great. I am doing heroic adventures for better exp, gear. I have approximately 75000 mana with dots it gets low after 3 pulls or killing 3 mobs. Yes I use death bloom and blood magic however after both are utilized they have a timer before I can use them again.. I am impatient it takes about 3 to 4 minutes to get back full mana if I am at pretty much zero. What if anything can I do to increase mana regeneration??

I know realistically I probably can't increase it 50% or 25% which I would love to I will settle for 10% or even 5% . I have bought all the Augments which have mana regeneration that will fit my gear which is mostly class 7 because I have no idea what class 4, 11 or 13 gear is or how to get it.

Buffs to get:

Skin line from Druid
"Crack" buff from enchanter
"Spiritual" buff from beastlord

Also, all the items mentioned above.

Finally, I've frankly never heard about necros needing better mana regen. This board is fairly dead. Have you tried asking in the Casters subforum on the EQ boards? They can help sort out what you're missing.
