I know there's a patch running for 8 hours right now. Which is usually a good time to catch up on the EQ forums. But I get "invalid credentials" when I try to log in to post, which is a bit disconcerting. I suspect this is due to the patch, though. I tried two accounts whose credentials let me log into the game as recently as yesterday.
Anyone else running into this?
BTW, being a lifelong paranoic, I never use my main accounts to log into the forums. I always thought it was foolish, in terms of security, for the devs to require using your character account info just to post on forums. Other games don't do that.
I guess I can actually do some work till the patch is finished!
