I got the quest Dementia of the Desert in the commononlands yesterday and it had me go find feriern telenthar in south ro but i can't find any info on the quest.

he was not in the system but I did just added him if you give me more info about how you got the quest I can add that quest info also.

P.S. I see this npc is on GOODS maps for TOV but I am not sure when this mob was added.
