Flailing Hoofs  

This spell seems to be reasonably well resisted at level 80 with magic resist of 560. I had a full resist about 1/3 of the time, and major damage reduction from the 800 or so expected from a level 73 mob. I got hit for about 85 and 280 on the times I checked and didn't get a full resist.

This spell also seems to have a moderate knock back to it, certainly enough to interrupt spells, but not enough to cause damage from the knockback part of the spell.
