This is the shroud equivilant of Fear. Like other shroud abilities, it is clicked by a hotkey on your bar when in that shroud.

This spell is only on test server. if u look closely you dont see a live date on the information of the spell.

Avaliable on test server, /test will buff you up to 25 with skills and spells. Yes this spell requires a bit of endurance in order to cast.

WHERE IS THIS SPELL SOLD AT ??
The line "Opening types" suggests that it's one of the "advanced fighting style" things they were talking about, round about a year ago. Maybe two years ago.
This is just speculation, though, and it doesn't seem likely since this is the first time I've seen this spell listed.

if you read the text:

Initial Endurance Cost: 60 Endurance Cost: 0/second"
this would imply that it is a tome you have to get to use an innate ability... since its no mana cost but a spell effect cast by a tome ability on your toon... havent checked myself... but i dunno... thing is i dont believe necros and chanters get tomes... im not even sure SK's and clerics do...

Now I assume that implies this is DoN spell. But kind of interesting if Dragon Only...
Also ZERO Mana so sounds more like some odd ball effect. I bet you'll find this is an effect on an item.
