Yield is 1 (one) Prismatic Palladium Bar
Use of the ability, on the Prismatic Palladium Bar(s), Enchant Palladium or Mass Enchant Palladium, will yield 1 or 10 (respectively): 1 enchanted palladium bar or 10 enchanted palladium bars. The Palladium Ore that is dropped by MoBs in the VoA and RoF expansions, does NOT come into use here at all.
The cool down period of this ability is 1 hour. Which means you need to wait an hour between casts, whether you do it Single or Mass.
It is my humble opinion that this is ridiculous! Thank you SoE =(

Except you can't mem it in your spell book, once you buy the 'scroll' you right click it and you will learn the 'ability'. It can then be found in your aa list in the 'class' tab.
