I think this song is basically useless. So far it has only stripped buffs off me. I can see the potential to strip debuffs too, but that seems to be ultra niche use. The effect seems to be random. Buffs are stripped in no particular order. It also could strip off Dena, which is a timed buff that remains on you after you die. It did not strip off the permanent mount buff Azia.
