So I just noticed on the new EQPlayers.com that this spell is listed amongst the missing spells for my level 50 druid. It's kinda looking like SOE doesn't even know that their own spell doesn't exist. <not really shocking is it?>

i have been watching in game for four months and have yet to hear of anything about this spell????
can i get it? where and how much?? is it from LDoN's , DON's, raids, or buyable or researchable????

Check out Buyer mode and type in the name of this spell. Since it does not come up one can assume that it probably isn't in the game.

Not trying to argue that this spell is live, but using /buyer wont show anything that is NoDrop. So just because it doesn't show up in /buyer window doesn't mean it isn't live. Although in this case, I'm pretty sure it doesn't show up because it's not live.

Does anyone know where I can Buy this spell?
I recall SOE mentioning a little while back implementing an ability that would increase heal potency but decrease the damage caused by spells and such. My guess is this may have something to do with that.

Based on the name I am guessing this is a percentage complete heal.

Is this spell even available yet to the servers? Or is it still on the test server?
Is this a mob ability? Misplaced proc? GM ability? Any word?
