Where do you get this spell from??
WTF is up with these long casting time low damage spells!!
It's all about the efficiency, very low mana cost to give us wizards a better form of sustained dps. At 61, I would have loved this spell, chain it with ISoS and probably a rain (since the inate resist mod on them was removed) and it would be hard to go oom quickly in an xp group setting.

This spell is from DoN merchants. Not entirely sure how amny crystals it costs, but once you have done some missions within DoN zones it will open up fairly early for ya.
