This is the reward for finishing the emoush raid in DoN (and the progression leading up to it).

Another neat thing about this ability is that when you activate it, you get an extra h2h attack. The attack for me can do upwards of 375. I first noticed the extra attack when I had a 700 point melee crit follow the 1200 point nuke. Since my weapons can only crit for 404 max, and i dual weild 1hb's (Despair and Granite Sceptre), the h2h must be an extra attack on top of the nuke. Means that this disc actually does 1200 PLUS whatever the h2h attack lands for.
