Does this skill dmg mod aid everyone in the fight, or only the rogue who clicked it? I have the same question for the rogue epic 2.0 clicky, does it only effect the rogues damage or everyone present?

I don't have this item, but from the description I'd say it effects everyone who attacks the mob you use this item on. If, when using the item, you see the debuff on the mob, then that will confirm this.

Says it's supposed to last 4 ticks. For me it fades as soon as it hits the mob.
