This spell works on some of the undead in time trial P1 (undead) it's resisted about 70 percent of the time, so it's not really worth it to even cast.

Try the new mission in unrest. As I see it (although I usually kite the whole mission) this spell could come in handy because if you are in an all 70s group with a tank and a healer, the mobs are all around level 68 (90% sure of this) In unrest most of the mobs are undead, and others can just be kited. Just an idea of where exactly you can use this spell.

First off, it's the nature of this and all mmporgs to have people voice thier displeasure or just whine like sissies on formus boards...just like this one. Hell, it's practically a new skill for some classes.
Second, I don't see it as unprovoked whining or complaining in this case and would argue that mages have the same bone to pick with SoE. It's a simple, small, not terribly significant but EMBARRASSINGLY stupid flaw to not supply more undead and summoned creatures so as to enhance the game for a lot of people. An earlier post
pointed to WoS caves as evidence of mandatory Necro satisfaction LoL!! Add up the dozens of zones with Zero to small amounts of useless undead or summoned...just add some to make the spells not get slid to end of the spell book...
Third, lighten up.

this is a good spell if u like doing undead and since u r necro then u should know how to solo or in this cast pally cleric would be perfect to use this spell in the NW corner of WOS undead cave . great exp get around 5-7 tic per kill in AA. all undead so i dont know what u r all complaining about this is a great spell to have bc sometimes the old one gets resisted this one doesnt as of yet it hasnt for me
