I bought this spell with the hopes of being able to chain cast it along with Catastrophe and Upheaval. I should have done my Lucy homework, Calamity and Catastrophe (and Tectonic Quake) share the same timer.

this would be a good spell for faction farming in lguk for crown of decit quest. stick a hot on ur self run through all of guk, use dictation first then calamity. its an easy way to get faction up since 90% of the frogs have less than 4k hp if u use calamity/dictation 3-4 times u get an easy 100 faction hits.
Actually for those of us who still do aoe groups this is a lovely little spell.

Maybe in Time P3 this would be useful MAYBE, if you have the mana to spare.
