The Enticer's Rune component won't stack with Eldritch Rune AA, which at higher levels provides close to double the rune benefit of Enticer's Rune, at no mana cost and instant cast time. If Eldritch Rune is already up, you can still cast this spell but you only get the benefit of the Poly Rune. Since Eldritch Rune AA has a fairly long recast time, it's still worth keeping this dual-benefit spell on your bar and use it for self-buffing runes.
