I'm contemplating getting this augment, but am wondering if it is resisted much in tier 2/tier 3 zones.

I went to EF, and looked for this on the merchant, and could not find it. Has it been removed?

So this means I have to put this in the weapon I want to proc, I can't just throw it in my ranged slot and use melee weapons?

very nice effect... now just to find a decent monk weapon with type 4 augment slot...
Type 4 slots are what nearly every pre-LDoN weapons were upgraded to have. Heck even my cleric's clicky stick has a type 4 slot.
