As far as anyone knows, this spell is not live.
Its a shame.. looks like a great spell, sort of like part of the Ro line, only vs cold instead of fire.

This spell is not purchasable through LDoN (as of 24MAR05). Not sure if it is in-game.

This went live 2 weeks ago, anyone come across it yet? I have tried PoK library and most vendors I know .. checked research sites etc but so far unsuccessful

I'm very interested in this spell as well -- does it really exist on live servers? Has anyone found it? Where was it on the test servers?

Despite LOY still not live. Not listed at all on eq.crgaming.com Maybe this spell has been discarded. I hope that FR-lowering spells like this will become availabe at these lvls though, and give druids a bit easier ride doe nuking their way to the 50's where the ro-series can be preceeded by the ice-spell.
Why not put one Druid one CR debuff and one on FR debuff duty per raid?
Maybe even a whole group of just Druids blasting away with CR and FR debuffs?...no wait...just a couple of toons....
