hello. if you look on item it says click effect. wich means it wont matter if you already have 15 in FT. It also stacks with kei

FT and all other mana regen only stack up until 15, no matter what theyre called.

Not if it's a buff, which is the case with the Celestial Cloak. A buff which apparently stacks with just about everything except other similar clicky buffs.

On the other items, however, it's unfortunately a worn effect and does not stack. :(

I'd assume so. Flowing thought is like Regeneration (like on fungis) -- it's a permanent effect. This is a self-buff.

No no no. This is a worn (or permanent to use your terminology) effect not a buff. As for stacking, FT stacks with with all other effects.

Umm if you look at the itmes that have this, there is a casting time associated with it so it must be a buff and would more then likely stack with flowing thought.
