Just bought this spell from Vicar Ceraen (first Cleric Spell merchant you find at the bottom of the stairs). Charged me 21p and change with 84 charisma
This spell gives 10% spell haste. This stacks with all item haste, and I do believe AA haste (50% is fastest, though). This is quite a nice spell to cast on all the other casters in the group, however I have noticed that no one else on Stromm seems to have this. Thus, I am stuck casting it on EVERYONE, even if there is another cleric in the group. Hopefully, next time I group with another cleric, they'll at least be able to do my level (or higher) of buffs...

If you enter the PoK library from the front, take the stairs to the right down one level to find Vicar Carean. He's not upstairs with some of the other Cleric Spell Merchants.
With CHA at 117 he sold me Blessing of Piety for 20p7g and change.

Does anybody know what items go with this effect? It says it's a focus effect.

I have been looking for this spell for some time. I checked Rivervale, North Kaladim and also Halas. Can anyone please advise where I can purchase this spell. Sounds like a very important one to have...

This spell can only be purchased in PoK and is a No Drop, so you have to have Planes of Power in order to purchase it.

Interesting. Over on FoH's site I just saw a cleric 1HB that procs "Hand of the Gods" that dropped in one of the later planes, I forget which one.
So, I wonder if the proc is the same effect as this.
