ahh well thats nice I thought all the lvl 61 shammy spells were from parchments.. I wasted like 12 of em trying to get this spell. Guess I should have looked it up sooner :(
No. Not all are from parchments by any means. Many drops and a few (emphasis on FEW!!) bought. You could be forgiven for believing that this was the reward of a parchment turn-in however, because the Druid POP spells quest page on this same site (https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2224) lists it as a reward. Maybe it is though I have never received it as a turn in reward. Nice spell BTW. Having just turned 60 2 days ago (and doesn't lvl 60 fly past!! woot) I will be visiting this guy to buy the spell today!
Edit to above - just realised that all my parchment turn-ins have been to Shaman vendor Mystic Abomin rather than Wanderer Astobin (Druid vendor) though both of their respective quest pages (shaman one here https://everquest.allakhazam.com/db/quest.html?quest=2206) list this spell as a reward. Certainly don't remember seeing it as being for sale on Abomin. Will check out druid vendor (yay for the tree folk!!)

Basically with this spell (costs 250pp with high cha) you get about 4825hp for 275 mana(if my maths is correct =/) which is damn mana efficent, so much better than regrowth(which actually takes more mana!)
you can try to keep it up on yourself and any necromancers will love it :)

I found this spell for purchase on Wanderer Astobin in the PoK Library along with Earthen Roots.
