I don't believe that this spell exists. If it did it would be a serious class imbalance near this level.

Can anyone tell me where this spell is ?
Useful info on theis spell would help. Where does it come from NPC drop, Vendor, Research what. I checked the POK today and couldnt find it there. If it is vendor bought which vendor?
