This spell, at the time of this writing is overwritten by our Cripple line, including the latest, Splintered Consciousness. And the debuffs on this spell aren't as much as the S.C. don't include the dual-wield or the AC reduction. Enchanters would be better off using the AA slow or Desolate Deeds, as those slows will stack with S.C.

Do not use this spell as is. Even the resist mod is worse than Desolate Deeds. Demand the stacking issues with S.C. be resolved.
