This spell is the effect on the Winterstorm Spear that is shaman only that is dropped off of the Thought Horror Overfiend is The Deep. Its a common drop.

This has the same level and stats as Clarity 2. Even Verant wouldn't be that silly would they? Can any one confirm if maybe this spell is either non-exsistant or just documented wrong

I'm thinking that it is a self only Spell. Spell messages do not show that it can cast on other targets. I don't see the purpose though, since ALL other stats are identical.

I's a unique spell, exactly like the Shaman Epic spell (Curse of the Spirit) is a stand alone spell and is specific to this item.
