Well, Verant has screwed us on this one. A minor oversite in their game balancing makes this focus effect useless when we summon our pets. Since the 'Warder' ability has been removed and pets are now summoned by their buffs which is Alteration based, Summoning Efficiency will not lower mana cost on pet summons =( . Found this out the hard way by purchasing an Overseer's Ring hoping to help cut mana consumption while solo'ing. Oh well, at least the ring also has nice stats...

This spell drops off Battlemaster in skeleton graveyard in Chardok. Why they put it in a 50+ zone is what i want to know?
