Someone who has this test if this stacks with everything... rng ATK buffs? our buffs? etc..

This is the only way to know if its worth getting (if you already have epic)

Even if it won't stack I would still say it is worth getting. 1st, outstanding stats for range slot. 2nd, mana free and instant cast, when mana is low and the melees need buffs, this will hold them over till you get more mana.

Not sure why the spell effect shows casting time as instant, but the pictures of cudgel show a casting time of 15 seconds
