I could see using this song to pull, but does it really strip enough mana to matter for high level mobs? Or high level PvP, which I have no exp with? Is this a song that will ever get used?

In my opinion it probably won't be used often - there are times though that you are on a mob that keeps complete healing itself - I guess this would help in those situations but I doubt I'll ever have this one memmed.

well if a stringed instrument increases hwo much it takes then it can take around 30 mana per tick... -30wiz -30int is a big blow to the mana pull plus additional 30mana being sucked every tick... if a fight is 1 min thats like 300mana.. prolly enough for 1 Complete heal =/
