So what is the benefit of this song over the previous slow song, other than the AC and agility debuffs?

Difference is THIS lowers AC and AGI ... BUT at the cost of snaring only max 71% (vs other's 100%) and max slow of 35% (vs lvl 23's 40%)
The decrease in agi/ac is worth the loss of snare/slow component IMHO. Higher lvl pullin (for groups), it is better if your target does not crawl to u and instead walks.

That is a short ranged PB AE song, which is often heavily resisted by the time your 50 anyways...
This single target is much more applicable, however the Snare component is actually the bigger part of this song...
