Coming back to EQ after a six year break and popped the banker veteran AA, the clockwork banker turned up but was not targetable, not usable. At a 20 hour reuse timer it is tough to figure if this guy is bugged or if it is something on my end. Anybody else having issues?????

Make sure you don't have pets, familiars set to click through in the general settings (Alt O).

You were right, unchecked the click through pets box and bingo, Thanks.
Sometimes, if the terrain is irregular, summoning banker does not work and the opportunity is lost for the day.
