as expected...one thing to think about though:
We have to make a choice between opening Backstab (Swiftblade), opening DoT (Jugular Slash), and opening Stun (Waylay).

Drops off of steamsuits and enhanced steamsuits in TSF. About a 1% drop rate.

From what I can tell so far, the Rk I of non vendor purchased tomes and spells are dropped from mobs. The Rk II versions are then purchased from vendors for completing faction tasks. The Rk III versions are purchased from the Elite Suppliers for doing various group missions, 1 or 2 12 man mini raids and then doing 1-3 of the raids that follow those mini raids, AND acheiving ally faction. I have seen zero of these drop thus far, but am told the Rk II version is available (purchased from Tonas) at ally to Crusaders of Veeshan faction.

i was told is a faction quest in the Hills of Shade cant find any info on it.
