Dropped in S.H.I.P Workshop from a technicians assistant. Tough place. Bring some help. Alot of See Inviso, alot of lvl 80+ mobs. Others have had this drop from: a steamwork striker, a steamwork trooper, and a lab assistant.

GL mages, this is a must have until faction with Crusader's of Veeshan for the RK. 2 version.
