Promised Recovery Rk. II

I just got this spell for my Magician, and can totally confirm that it is MAG useable. It doesn't have that Lycanthropy effect it talks about, it is just a promised heal. Great heal compared to the regular one, or to use in conjunction with the regular one.
Spell Research Components: Ameliorating Thickener, Fine Charta Arcanum, Ink Additive of the Nameless, Ink of Tunare, Quill of the Feral Lord

I got myself to Kindly faction here for this spell, only to find it only offered to BST!

Sounds like a bug in the scroll or spell itself, so /bug it in-game.

Anyone on the live servers see this for Magicians with max faction at the Valor camp?
For any like me that was curious, the heal amount difference, (according to above link for raw spell data), between Promised Recovery RK II and the lvl 73 spell Promised Mending RK II is approximately 4khp. ( PM RK II--10.3k heal compared to PR RK II--14.122k heal )
Just curious though as to whether is really worth the over 9k in bazaar on Rathe server, or the effort to grind the faction to get it for just under 3k from vendor, when I already have the lower lvl one that most of the time seems to do just fine on the higher lvl pet..... any recommendations pro or con from other beastlords that have gotten it?

Bought from Hardrin in Hills of Shade. Must have kindly faction to Camp Valor.

This spell is a heal spell is why and is the new sweet line of them. Love it thanks SoE !!

why does this spell have to be only ten mins great a spell that is 78 and last as long as are nooby haste wake the hell up soe
