Where can you get this spell at?
there is no scroll for this in lucy yet, so my guess would be that it is either something from Test or beta, or some kind of spell shrouds use.. IE it's probably not live.
also notice the casting time is instant, which further leads me to believe this is not a real spell

Never end a sentence with a prepostition dumbass. The word "at" is unnecessary.

Well, since we're picking on grammar...
1. There should've been a comma after "preposition".
2. "Where do you get this spell" should've been kept in quotation marks since you were quoting him.
3. "try" should've been capitalized since it's the first word of your sentence.
