Does this spell now have scaling in order to keep the click semi-relevant in to later eras? Legacy spell data shows it fixed at:

Compared to Hand of Ro it seems like this would surpass the effects starting around level 70, but not keep up with newer spells. Trying to understand the scaling perspective as it relates to Agnarr.
