Pardon .. dont get me wrong .. This effectdatas dont have any sense, regarding to 41 - 95 % at Lvl 1 - 16, as the MinLvl to use this poison ist 53 .. So the effect has to be ALWAYS 95%!!

Or anyone around to prove me wrong on this?!
