the rank 2 version is random drop from just about any non-raid TSS mob, you can also check the bazaar as TSS rank 2 spells are tradeable.

It is the upgrade to Dragon Fang, and is basically 3 Tiger Claws which land for a decent amount of damage. I have seen them land everywhere from 100-15k Per hit with Ashenhand, or Innerflame. Unmodded, I have seen normal hits in the 3kish range.
Very happy with this.

heard from a buddy that this spell is a big upgrade to the tiger claw line of skill, with a twist.. i guess it has a chance to hit 3X and the max hit is believed to be around 7k or sumthing like that... so 3X 7k.... yeah.. just a rumor. affected by innerflame as well... i don't know if that damage he gave me was with innerflame already or what but i'm guessing it is.
