still nerfed

Correct me if im wrong but this spell is just as bad as screaming became after they nerfed it the first time maybe worse. Most of you dont realize that the great spell you are all thinking of was nerfed some time ago and since you basicly quit using this spell at higher levels you never realized it. Its just sony casting pacify on you its not the great spell you remember im not sure what it is that is so difrent but i think its the recast time. Keep complaining. Necros should have a real mez like they were ment to in the begining!!!
Screaming Terror II

This is actually a reasonably useful spell, but it has three Achilles heels:

1) It is short-duration, just like Screaming Terror was (in fact, it seems a bit shorter). When I use this spell to do single-add crowd control, I cast 1 dot on the MA's mob, then FD, then re-mez, then cast 1 dot, then FD, etc. Its short enough that if the mez is resisted, the mob will awaken -- if your re-mez is resisted, just FD and let someone else take a hit or two while you cast again.

2) It needs a lifeshard. Its not part of my log-in routine (yet) to go kill some poor innocent animal and get a lifeshard via Drink of Vitae. BUT when I see one wandering around (Icefall Hares, espcecially), I nail them.

3) Its limited by level... don't even bother with this spell in Valdeholm, Frostcrypt, or Ashengate. Many mobs in Icefall and Direwind are level-immune, too.
Lifeshard?

I have this spell but cant use it. It says It needs a Lifeshard to cast it. Where do I get a Lifeshard at?
Lifeshard?

You make a lifeshard (temporary) using Drink of Vitae at some point before using this spell.

Necro Mezz Spells

looks like this one is for anything and lasts for 3 ticks where Rimebone Shackles (also level 73) is for Undead only and lasts for 4 ticks.

Neither of them seem to last very long, maybe just a back-up for a Chanter?

Since the target type is "Single" it would be for anything.

Is this a MEZ for undead only or for everything?
