Crippling Snare - Lowers Movement Rate
(As does Snare)
Ensnaring Roots - Immoblizes Target
(As does ROOT)

Learn the stuff d00d. This is a very nice proc for a ranger, switch this in to proc it, switch it out, hell, this thing has a nice ratio. Better than Earthcaller, thats for sure.

#REDACTED, Posted: Apr 10 2002 at 3:24 PM, Rating: Sub-Default, (Expand Post) Ummm, no. Epic procs a slow not a snare. This is better then your level 9 snare spell, but is compareable to Ensnaring roots. This spell is useless on a weapon for a ranger!
