(I play on a pvp server, but your input would be very helpful)

First chose which class you think is the best and answer the
following questions:

Rogue/Ranger/Shadowknight/Monk/Bard


1.Are there any good sites for this class?

2.What no drop armor quests/lootable no drop items are
there that this class can use?


3.What is the best class for what you chose and why?

4.What are some good weapons/weapon combos for this class?

5.If I get PLed, and delvl, what lvl should I go up to, and then delvl down to? And as i'm going up what should I put practices into?

6.Any strategies for PKing against casters? and what about tanks? What type of gear should I use against casters(I know resist, but should I get all BD gear, or mostly MR, and stats gear?), and what gear should I use Vs tanks?

7.How could I get my faction up with SS, thurg, and kael with my low character, b/c I certainly know that my rogue cannot kill drags, frost giants, and the sort.

8.I'm not sure exactly how much money I'll be able to
spend on gear, i'm thinking somewhere between 50 and 10k.
But with the money I can spend, what should I buy? Keep in mind this is on Rallos where I can be looted.

Hi all i was wondering if you kill someone can u loot no drop off thier body???

i think pvp rocks my cosins play on blue servers and i think it is boring until u get to a high lvl but pvp i good past 6!!

Are bards undefeatable?
I have ran across three bards so far and can never beat them. They seem to resist my ensnare most of the time, and when it does land they remove it very fast. I run oom before they are down to two bubbles. What gives? Are they the ultimate PvP class? Do I need to increase any of my resists?

Hehe, if its one thing I like about Rallos zek, its the ability to go up to someone, slice em, dice em, and loot em! lol but its goes for your side too so thats the con about it. And it would suck to lose your wurmslayer or heavy velium war lance while your stroling around whistling and seeing colors n flowers!

HA! I give this server a 1/10 a 9 For awesome realism. Too bad im hooked to vallon already.

ALso, i wouldnt recomend young players starting out here that are new to everquest. try a pvp teams server first ( server default is vallon )

As far as playing on Rallos Zek goes..till you can get past your 20th lvl, don't wear armor. Pks that hunt in groups will gank you before u know what hit you. i.e Was playing tonite in EC grouped (kick *** group btw) had me a 10 sk, a 9 monk, a 10 druid, a 10 cleric, a 8 rogue, and a 7 war. We were owning all of the orc camps in EC, until someone shouted "FoH in zone!".. Not good I told my group. And wouldn't ya know BOOM! the cleric yells "PKS!" and within 2 min my whole group was wiped out!

Hey what with all the Swats?? You know them...all their names start with Swat~something they are all pks and they all seem to have it in for me just because I seem to have good luck on my side when they start to pk me...the thing is they are always sending me tells saying that they are gonna shcool me or that I need to stay out of Quenos and the Warrens or where ever or they will kill me...hmm me thinks they are getting a bit upsett that their little plan to scare me away isn't working out as they planned it..Last time one attacked me I schooled him...then he had the nerve to send me a tell saying he would leave me alone if I payed him...needless to say I laughed in his face..so if a Swat is anoying you or you have just had enough I guess you can pay them off to get out of your face; if you have no pride that is othewise just kick the crap outta them and then sit back and watch the whinning begin

First thing...I'm am getting tyred of pker getting mad if they can't kill me and sending me into what is known as tell a hell...just yesterday I was in the warrens in Paineel and a necro by the name of Swatwolf. I wasn't even aware he was trying to pk me I was on my way out of the warrens when he launched his attack and then for at least 2 hours sent me lewed tells...ALL YOU PKERS OUT THERE...IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO MAKE YOUR KILL...LEAVE IT AT THAT AND STOP WASTING MY TIME!!!
The other thing I wanted to know was where do you get decent armour for a lvl 17 chanter?? I have searched high and low pls send me a tell if you know

It seems that you and I think alike, for we both are raising an army. We are different, however, in our armies' agendas. I seek to override the good cities in the world, and liberate the evil races from our ages of torment and lacking. We will rule the world with a might so strong that few will be able to oppose it.

Our headquarters are in Grobb, bity of the Trolls. From here with will gain strength until we march on Freeport from the south. From the west we will be aided by the Dark Elves of Neriak. I will have a small battalion waiting at the Butcherblock Mountains to kill anyone who escapes.

There is only one drawback. Our army is dwindling in size. We have fallen from an army of over three hundred people to about fifty people. We need a leader. I am not set for the position, but I know not of anyone else who can fill the agenda. Malakhan, I call on your help as a fellow warlord. If you aid us, you will get the bloodiest and most adventurous thrill ever. I have detailed maps and plans that I will use to crush Freeport, but I do not feel that I shall post them here. Code and Goals of the Dark Army

Hail prospective killers,

I am Malakhan, leader of the Dark Army. I started playing EQ on Rallos Zek back in 98’ and founded the Dark Army later that year. I quickly grew tired of the leveling treadmill. Longing for battle and conflict that only PvP can satisfy, I started my killing as an Anti-Pk. But Anti’s spend more time running around looking for the bad guys than actually fighting. I grew tired of all the running and chasing, so I founded the Dark Army, and began recruiting the worst killers from all over Norrath.

There are three types of killers that I recruit. The first are non-combatants or EQ burnouts that desire a change from the leveling treadmill, and seek bloody adventures.

Then there are the Anti-Pks, hungry for blood but no longer willing to spend their time running and looking for the next wrongdoer, they have fallen from grace and now seek new experiences though the eyes of a killer. But at the core of the Dark Army are the DIE HARDS. Named appropriately, due to their ability TO KILL other players, but NOT BE KILLED. Logging hundreds of hours dedicated to the sole purpose of hunting other players, they have developed and honed their PK skills to a Masters level.

Motivation and Guild Focus
The Dark Army is dedicated to WAR. Defined by the American Heritage dictionary:

WAR

1. A state of open, armed, often prolonged conflict carried on between nations, states, or parties.

2. The techniques and procedures of war; military science.

3. A condition of antagonism or contention.

Only fighting other players will development combat reflexes, and understanding of your true limits. Guild battle will train tactical, and military science skills. Reinforcement of these skills could allow the non-combatant player the ability to become a Master killer with the training to escape and deliver death to his/her enemies.
